Vanessa Raymond holds her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Florida Atlantic University and is a board-certified adult geriatric nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. With a decade of experience in diverse care settings, from primary to acute care, she’s a healthcare powerhouse. Vanessa began her nurse practitioner journey at a nationally recognized senior care center and later transitioned to a hospitalist role, delivering all-encompassing medical care for hospitalized patients. She’s no stranger to high-pressure scenarios; she provided critical COVID-19 care in-hospital and via telemedicine to prevent hospitalizations. Vanessa brings a robust blend of clinical prowess, organizational skills, and leadership acumen to the table. Licensed across four states—Florida, California, Arizona, and Texas—she is passionate about health promotion and maintenance.
Mondy Guillaume Molly, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Mondy Guillaume Molly is an Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years in medical practice. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida Gulf Coast University and earned her Master of Science at Florida Atlantic University. Skilled in comprehensive health assessments, she excels in diagnosis, treatment, and disease management in primary care settings. Not just limited to writing prescriptions and coordinating referrals, Mondy educates her patients on preventive care and healthy living. Her proficiency extends to hospital medicine, where she significantly contributes to the treatment of acutely ill adult patients.
